					<description>Yes, Bush has used up our outrage - pathetic but true.  His departure in two years is two years too far away.  Darfur and Myanmar will suffer terrible harm during those two years.  There may be sympathisers effective enough to put some pressure on the US and the UN to do something about it, but what is likely to be accomplished over the objections of the 800-pound gorilla that is China?  While China pursues its economic needs (with the US depending, substantially and blissfully, on that growth), China and much of the rest of the world looks away from the degradation of these two peoples.</description>
