The German government has an even more complex problem with the case of a German citizen of Arab descent, Khaled el-Masri, who was kidnapped by US agents in Skopje Macedoniea in May, 2004 and flown to Kabul. He too has been released recently, but not before Spanish police found and handed over to German police the names of the 13 US agents who were involved. Now the German government is left with the touchy problem of what to do with those names.
