The problem with preparing a protcol guide for Dubja that describes Canadians as "modest" and "polite" is not that it is rather basic - in fact, how the State Department avoided "nice" may be a story in and of itself. No, the problem is the assumption that Dubja would ever read such a document. No need for protocol for Texans - they are a different breed. Our election of one, particularly after our experience with the last one [ol' LBJ], re-enforces the perceived stupidity of the American electorate.
