He was I believe the author of the memo indicating the Americans were prepared to "sex-up" the intelligence to get acceptance of the invasion. The nly person they fooled seems to have been ourthen Secretary of State, Colin Powell. Sir Dearlove's photos however indicate boxers rather than speedos.
